ICN News – PT PETRINDO JAYA KREASI Tbk (CUAN) was established on 7 October 2008. The company is dealing with coal mining through its subsidiary PT Tamtama Perkasa. In 2011, Tamtama received a coal mining business permit (IUP) for a period of 20 years. The concession area reaches 9,540 hectares (Ha) located in North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.
On 31 December 2022, CUAN was still a limited company so there was no information regarding its capital. Finally, in March 2023 it became a public company. Until May 2023, the authorized capital of CUAN was Rp 6,000,000,000,000 of which Rp 1,910,378,000,000 was issued and fully paid up. And in January 2024 the issued and paid up capital was increased to Rp 2,248,378,000,000. The shareholders are as shown in the data below :
