ICN News – Initially, this company was called PT. Titan Mining Energy whose shares were controlled by PT. Titan Bumi Rafflesia and PT. SAM Investama. The authorized capital of the company at that time was Rp. 4,000,000,000 of which Rp. 1,000,000,000 was issued and fully paid up. The shareholders of the company were PT. At Investama and PT. SAM Telecommunication Utama.

On 27 October 2014, this company held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and changed its name to PT. Titan Infra Energy (TITAN). At that time, the authorized capital of the company was raised to Rp. 2,000,000,000,000 entirely issued and fully paid up. The shareholders of TITAN are PT. Master Adi Jaya, PT. Pada Investama, PT. SAM Telekomunikasi Utama and TITAN Investama.

Based on the latest information received by ICN News that this company held another GMS on 18 February 2022. At that time, the company raised its authorized capital to Rp. 2,852,500,000,000 entirely issued and fully paid up. PT. Tirta Prima Energy entered into the company as a new shareholder.

Titan Infra Energy Group is a private company whose business has grown rapidly. There are various business fields of the company, including coal mining, energy business, property and community development, agro business, and others. In handling the coal mining sector, Titan Group collaborates with PT. Mangala Usaha Manunggal (MUM).

Titan Infra Energy Group owns two coal mines through its subsidiary PT. Bara Anugerah Sejahtera (BAS) which is located in Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. It has a concession area of 2,164 hectares, with a coal calorific value of 4,700 kcl with low sulfur ash content. Based on the 2019 JORC Report, BAS has total coal resources of 185 million tons and coal reserves of 45.7 million tons.

The next mine is through PT. Banjarsari Asli (BP) located in Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. It has a concession area of 519.84 hectares with the coal calorific value of 3,800 kcl – 4,500 kcl. Based on the 2019 JORC Report, BP has total coal resources of 36.2 million tons and coal reserves of 27.6 million tons.
